The owner or user of land whose activity or activity can or is the cause of land pollution and degradation is obliged to perform land quality testing in accordance with the Law on Land Protection ("Official Gazette of RS" number: 112/15).
The goal of land quality control is the identification of sensitive and burdened areas, data processing, formation and addition of a database on the degree and characteristics of pollution, as well as the levels of pollutants present.
