Chemical management

The company provides services in the field of chemical management and can offer you:

  • Services of the Advisor for chemicals in accordance with the Law on Chemicals ("the Official Gazette RS", No. 36/2009, 88/2010, 92/2011, 93/2012 and 25/2015**).
  • Preparation and drafting of documentation necessary for registration of chemicals in the Register of Chemicals and annual reporting in accordance with the Rulebook on the Register of Chemicals ("the Official Gazette RS", No. 16/2016, 6/2017 , 117/2017, 44/2018 - other laws, 7/2019, 93/2019, 6/2021, 126/ 2021 and 20/2023**).
  • Preparation, harmonization (with translation into Serbian) and updating of Safety Data Sheets in accordance with the Rulebook on the content of safety data sheets ("the Official Gazette RS", No. 100/2011) .
  • Providing guidelines for keeping records or keeping records on chemicals in accordance with the Rulebook on how to keep records on chemicals ("the Official Gazette RS", No. 31/2011).
  • Consulting for the correct application of regulations in the field of classification, packaging, labeling and advertising of chemicals.
  • Carrying out theoretical and practical training of employees for the safe management of chemicals in their work process, correct handling in case of chemical accidents, correct interpretation and clarification of the content of safety data sheets, etc.

ENROLLMENT IN THE CHEMICALS REGISTER (eIRH portal):

According to the Law on Chemicals (the Official Gazette RS, no. 36/2009, 88/2010, 92/2011, 93/2012 and 25/2015) Article 39 and Article 40:

  • Chemicals that are produced or imported to the market of the Republic of Serbia are entered in the Register of Chemicals.
  • The manufacturer, importer or further user is obliged to submit an application to the ministry in charge of environmental protection for entry of chemicals in the Register of Chemicals by March 31 of the current year for chemicals produced or imported in the previous year.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING A CHEMICALS ADVISOR?

In accordance with the Law on Chemicals ("the Official Gazette RS", no. 36/09, 88/10, 92/11, 93/12 and 25/15) supplier of dangerous chemicals, i.e. a legal entity or an entrepreneur who is a manufacturer, importer, distributor or further user, and who places chemicals on the market, is obliged to provide a chemical adviser.
