For all plants whose activity is waste management and for which an integral or waste management license is issued, the work plan of the waste management plant is prepared and adopted (Article 16 of the Law on Waste Management "The Official Gazette of RS", No. 36/09, 88/10, 14/16 and 95/18 - other law).
Operators of waste treatment plants (storage, re-utilization and disposal of waste) submit to the competent authority the Application and the prescribed documentation for issuing the license (Articles 16 and 29 of the Law on Waste Management "The Official Gazette of RS", No. 36/09, 88/10, 14/16 and 95/18 - other law).
A license for the collection or transport of waste is issued to a person registered for performing the activity of collection, or to a person who has the capacity of a carrier in accordance with the laws governing public transport, or domestic carrier, in accordance with the laws governing international public transport.
