- Certified organizations instill greater confidence in the hygienic working conditions and the application of HACCP principles by the competent authorities (republic, provincial inspection, etc.)
- the certificate is proof that the Law on Food Safety is complied with and means full compliance with state regulations. In the case of litigation, the certificate is relevant evidence.
